As you may realize, there are many aspects to designing webpages. My basic rate is $25/hour for simple HTML coding. I have a minimum of two hours for any coding work done. It took me approximately two hours to create my resume. However, a lot of the work was copy/paste as I had most of the text already. Pictures, Javascript, forms, and frames take the longest. Should you provide me with pictures in .jpg format, the time required to incorporate them is greatly reduced. At this time, I do NOT offer Java, ASP, or cgi coding. I do not have the tools for this.
